Charleen Michel, PhD, International Human Resources & Wellness Consultant, WIN Wisdom Keeper
Charleen has more than 30 years of experience working with the corporate business world. She has broad, in-depth HR knowledge, and a proven track record in individual, organisational and leadership development, talent management, learning, and diversity to enable organisations align their people strategy with the business priorities. She has provided counsel to senior management and individuals on issues that affect women's careers in a corporate business environment. She is a Chopra Certified Instructor on Perfect Health: Ayurvedic Lifestyle and is a WIN Wisdom Keeper since 2002. She holds a PhD in Polymer Science, and is fluent in English, German and Swiss German. Charleen’s passions include nature, gardening, golf, photography and wellness. She is particularly fascinated with the multiple aspects of an Ayurvedic Lifestyle associated with personal health and wellness from both an individual and environmental perspective.
Kristin Engvig, CEO & Founder, WIN
Kristin Engvig is a pioneer and thought leader in the field of creativity, feminine and authentic leadership. She embraces global responsibility through innovative leadership events and personal speaking engagements to inspire women worldwide to become agents of possibility. She was named among Diversity Global Magazine's Top 10 Influential Women in Global Diversity and won the International Alliance of Women Award. She has dedicated the past 22 years to women’s leadership and organizational change in order to inspire others to create a world where business flourishes and societies thrive. In her early career she worked for big companies such as JP Morgan, Citibank and Innovation Norway, EU and an as international strategy and marketing Consultant. Educated a business economist (BI, Oslo) with an MBA (Milan's Bocconi) and extensive studies in acting, communication and women’s development.
